Sara is a pre-medical student who went to Kunming and other parts of southwest China to study traditional Chinese medicine with the School for International Training (SIT).

Jess did field research on Chinese Muslims in Xinjiang, China; she traveled with fellow Davidson students John Henry, David Crane, Becky Nolin, and Henry van Wagenberg.
Patricia Massey (07)
Anthropology major
Patricia did research on faith-based non-governmental organizations in China; she visited Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Yangzhou, and spent a lot of time in rural Jiangsu.
