Aunt Clare:[Lolita] The fictitious name Humbert leaves with Mr. Swine (Humbert mistakenly refers to him as Mr. Swoon, another lodger at the Enchanter Hunters) to have his wife call. This is to continue the ruse that Charlotte is alive and should be calling for him and Dolores.
Aztec Red Convertible: [Lolita] The first in a series of cars which began following Humbert and Lolita after they left the Beardsley school. Also referred to as the Red Yak, Humbert initially believes the car is driven by a detective he names Detective Trapp. In his paranoic state, Humbert believes this detective is following them to decipher the truth behind Humbert's relationship with Lolita.
