Directions:

Directions from I-85 to Davidson:
Take Hwy. 73 west to Davidson (approx.10 miles). Turn right on Davidson Concord Rd. Two miles past the River Run development, Davidson Concord Rd. veers off to the left. If you are coming to the Duke Family Performance Hall, turn right on Baker Dr. (about 2 miles from Davidson-Concord Rd. veer-off)

If you attend a Studio/Black Box production, go to the traffic light at Concord Rd. and Main Street. Make a right turn. Parking is available on both sides of main street just before Griffith & Main Street. The Cunningham Fine Arts Bldg. is on your right at this light. Parking is available behind the Belk Visual Arts Building across the street (on your left). Handicap Parking is available behind Cunningham, look for the "Theatre Parking" signs.

Directions from I-77 to Davidson:
Take Davidson College exit (#30). Go east to the first stop light. The Cunningham Fine Arts Bldg. and campus entrance are directly ahead. Parking is available at the buildings on either your left or right--look for the "Theatre Department Parking" signs. Handicap parking is available in the Cunningham Fine Arts Bldg. parking lot. You may also choose to park on Main Street as well.

The Duke Family Performance Hall: make a right at the light at Griffith and Main Street. Take a left at the next light at Main and Concord Rd. Take Concord Rd. and make a left turn onto Baker Dr. Parking is available in the Baker Sports Complex lot. Handicap parking is available next to the Alvarez Union. Alvarez is located in front of the football field. The Box Office is just inside the buildings upper level. DFPH is on the lower level.  

 

Tickets:
Tickets to all Davidson College production are on a "first come, first serve" basis. We have no reserved seating. Our House typically opens at 7:40 for our 8:00 p.m. performances and 1:40 p.m. for our 2:00 p.m. Matinees. RESERVATIONS held at the Box Office must be picked up no later than 15 minutes prior to curtain; tickets not picked up by then will be sold to those on our "Wait List." Group Rates are available for 10 or more by calling 894-2361.

Mainstage Productions
Tickets for the 2003-2004 mainstage productions can be purchased by calling the Alvarez College Union Ticket Office at 704-894-2135. The box office is open Monday-Friday, 1:00-5:00 p.m., beginning September 1, 2003.

Black Box Theatre Productions
Spring and Fall Studio tickets can be purchased by calling 704-894-2340 on Monday-Friday (2:00-5:00 p.m.) beginning the week of the performance. Tickets for the spring Student Production Series can only be purchased at the door.

Children's Play
Tickets for the children's play can be reserved from 2-5 p.m. after Monday, January 19, 2004; call the Davidson Community Players at 704-892-8582. You may pick these up at the time of performance. No tickets in advance will be given.
