Faculty & Staff

One of the greatest strengths of the Art Department is the presence of a close-knit group of committed and successful artists and art historians as teachers. As faculty members, we are professionally active on an international scale and share the results of our experience with students.

Additionally, a series of contemporary art exhibitions and programs involving Davidson's permanent art collection is organized by the gallery director and curator. Supporting the work of the department is a staff that includes the department assistant, visual resources curator, and lab technician. An extensive exhibitions and collections program is managed by the gallery director, assistant curator, and six gallery interns.
