Davidson offers multiple opportunities to write and edit for student publications.

English majors traditionally have found Libertas, Hobart Park, and Exit 30 to be good outlets for creative expression, though there are years when these journals are not edited by English majors or have English faculty as advisers. 


An arts and literary magazine published biweekly, with open submissions for creative nonfiction short stories, poetry, and art. For more information contact

Davidson's annual literary review, published in May. It features works of poetry, fiction, and non-fiction, as well as visual art. Submissions are accepted from students, alumni, faculty, and visiting writers. For more information contact
