Government Information at Davidson College
Library
Davidson College Library has been receiving public
documents since the mid 1800s. The library’s collection of federal documents
has grown to include more than 200,000 publications with information on
countless subjects in various formats.
The Library’s documents collection is rich in primary

Official Record of the War of the Rebellion.
Online resources include full text databases of
publications such as the Weekly Compilation of Presidential Papers, Public Laws
and Congressional Bills. Statistics are available from many departments and
agencies including Education, Agriculture, Justice, Labor, Health and Human
Services, Bureau of the Census, Statistical Abstracts and Transportation.
The Documents collection is located on the ground floor
