  • Awarded a Fulbright Research grant to to study literature and writing in Israel
  • Received a Critical Language Scholarship to study in Tajikistan
  • Singer/songwriter and member of the band Catfish Disco
  • Active founding member of  SIAD, the Student Initiative for Academic Diversity
  • Studied Hebrew and Arabic at Davidson and abroad

Used Belk stipends to:

  • Create and record her original music into an EP "Oh Dear Introvert" released on Spotify and iTunes.
  • Travel through Morocco and Spain studying architectural presence of Jewish and Muslim culture.
