Before submitting your housing request form, read through all the options for staying on campus during Reunion Weekend.
Submit a request for on-campus rooms for both Friday and Saturday evening or just Saturday evening. Please note that for family apartments or double rooms, one person will need to be responsible for making the reservation and payment to the college. The deadline to submit a housing request will be toward the end of May.
On-campus residents will receive sheets, towels, and a pillow up on arrival, as well as a swipe card for access to the building. Residence halls are air-conditioned and updated, but do remember that restrooms are still shared with others. Please bring any additional amenities (alarm clock, iron, hair dryer, etc.) that you require during your stay.
To make a request, you will want to know how many nights you plan to stay and which type of room you prefer. If you will be staying in a double room, please decide with your roommate who will make the reservation and payment.
We will do our best to accommodate requests for alumni to share a hall with their friends.
The four-bedroom apartments available in the Davis Residence Hall are reserved for families attending Reunion Weekend with two or more children. These are suite apartments and offer comfortable accommodations for families. Our inventory is limited, so register early.
You are responsible for returning both your CatCard and your room key upon checkout. There will be a $10 charge for each lost CatCard and a $40 charge for each lost room key. Should damage occur to individual rooms, the cost is split between each guest staying in the room or among guests in an apartment. Damage costs in common areas are shared among all guests if specific individuals responsible for the damage are not identified. The Alumni Relations Office will notify all guests in advance if damage charges will be incurred. All guests must agree to the terms of a credit card authorization form prior to their arrival to campus.
