Psychology Outside Examiner Mini-colloquia

Each year the Psychology Department invites professors from other colleges to interview its senior Psychology majors. We invite the examiners to present mini-colloquia to allow our students familiarity with each examiner's research area. 

  • Richard Halgin, University of Massachusetts-Amherst will speak on "Clinical Psychology: Recent Trends and Future Challenges.”
  • Bill Stoops '00, University of Kentucky College of Medicine, will speak on “How Is What You Do Even Legal?”
  • Gil Einstein, Furman University, will speak on “Perils of Distraction: Do Intentions Still Pop Into Mind When We Are Busy?”
