Davidson College President Carol Quillen's home was featured in a photo essay in Bit + Grain that documented homes of college and university leaders in North Carolina. Built in 1836-37, the Davidson College President's House has served as the home for every president of the college. It has been renovated multiple times-in 1860, the 1880s, 1941, 1956 and 1998. The house boasts numerous pieces of artwork as well as beautiful hardwood floors.
The photo gallery brings attention to many rooms; one of which, the sunroom, is used to hold receptions and gatherings such as dinners with President Quillen for Davidson's senior students.
