Davidson Society of Physics Students Chapter Wins 2014 Outstanding Chapter Award
The Society of Physics Students (SPS) chapter at Davidson College has been awarded the 2014 Outstanding Chapter Award. This is the fourth consecutive year that Davidson's SPS chapter has received the award.
Criteria used to determine which SPS chapters receive this award range from the chapter's involvement in local, zone and national SPS events, outreach efforts, community service, contributions to student recruitment, social events, and relations with alumni.
Following are just a few of the activities that Davidson's SPS was involved in during 2014.
