Fellowships Office

The Fellowships and Scholarships Office, in collaboration with the Graduate Fellowships Committee, assists students and recent alumni as they apply for graduate fellowships, study abroad programs, and other opportunities for professional experiences. We also collaborate with campus faculty and staff to identify potential student scholars, offer one-on-one advising, and plan fellowship workshops and fairs.

You should begin exploring fellowship opportunities early in your first or second year. To make an appointment with the Fellowships Office, email us or call 704-894-2385. Many of the grants require institutional support, usually from a faculty mentor and the Graduate Fellowships Committee, so be sure to check the details of each.
