Microsoft Outlook is the supported email application for Windows, while Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail are supported for OS X. Outlook is a personal information manager that lets you organize messages, calendars, contacts, and tasks. Every currently-enrolled and on-leave student has a Davidson email account. Use of your email account is governed by the Davidson College Acceptable Use Policy.

New Students

Email/network accounts are created automatically before you arrive on campus. You receive your username and password in the mail from the Registrar's office during the summer before you arrive on campus.

Transfer & Exchange Students

Email accounts are created on request from the Registrar's office or the Dean of Students' office.

Accessing Your Email

On Campus
If you brought a computer to campus, see our instructions on connecting to the Davidson network. Once connected, you may access your email, the Internet, and campus servers from your personal computer. Public computers are available for student use in the ITS computer labs.

Off Campus
In addition to using Outlook or Apple Mail, you can access your Davidson email over the Internet using any current web browser and Outlook Web Access.
