All students must fulfill distribution, faculty, physical education, and Davidson 101 requirements in addition to the requirements of their major to graduate.
All students must complete eight courses from seven different departments/programs to fulfill the college's graduation requirements (XLS). In these courses students will examine complex problems through diverse methods of inquiry, understand how different kinds of knowledge are generated, and identify appropriate standards for evaluating knowledge in different realms.
The faculty supplements the distribution system with additional requirements in cultural diversity, foreign language, and writing.
