Parent Programs Office

The Parent Fund for Davidson is an integral part of the college's Fund for Davidson. Each year, more than 1,000 non-alumni parents give to the fund, which directly impacts the lives of students by providing scholarships, library resources, technology, athletic equipment and more. Parent supporters enable us to implement exceptional programs and initiatives that better prepare our students to live lives of leadership and service.

Current and past parents contributed more than $1.8 million in expendable funds in fiscal year 2015 and donated nearly $3 million for endowed and capital projects.

Summer Send-Off Events

Welcome Davidson College Class of 2020! If you are a new or transfer student in the following regions, you are invited to join us for a Summer Send-Off event in your honor. New Student Orientation

During New Student Orientation, incoming students have the opportunity to spend time with lots of people who will be integral to their time at Davidson. Students will learn about the college and its values, important resources, the town of Davidson, and hopefully something new about themselves.
