St. Philip Church
Many outstanding ministers of the Synod have served the congregation of St. Philips. Organization began in 1881 and a church building was built and dedicated the next year with thirty confirmed members.

Because of the rapid growth and activity in the congregation the first building became too small, therefore in 1914 a second building replaced the first. Growth continued and in 1962 a new and much larger building now inspires the membership even to greater efforts. All the organizations, both youth and adults, continue to thrive, including evangelism, preaching, classes, and choirs.
