Faith: Learning and Study

Confirmation Class

Most of the children of the congregation have grown up in the community and attend worship each Sunday. They also attend Sunday School to learn about the Bible.

Part of their formal study includes classes in the Christian Faith. These classes do not end their study of the Faith -- which continues a life time -- but presents them with study on the Lord's Prayer, Creed, Holy Communion, and Holy Baptism.

At the end of these classes they are given the opportunity to publicly re-affirm their faith in their Lord Jesus Christ.

Sports: Both girls and boys play on our baseball teams. At school they are on the football, basketball, and baseball teams.

Music: Some of our students sing in the church and school choirs. Some are taking piano lessons from one of members.

Math and Science: We have a good percent of our students involved in the school Beta Club and enter the Science projects in the science fairs.

Our young members are also active in Scouts, 4-H, dance, and helping our older members with chores.
