Students and customers will receive a refund upon their request when they have a positive account balance or return a purchased good or service.
This policy seeks to inform students and customers of the two options by which a refund may be obtained.
A student or customer with a credit balance may request a refund. The refund may be given by writing a check or direct deposit.
The Controller/Director of Business Services shall oversee this policy and review it at least once every two years. Changes to this policy shall be made in accordance with the college's Policy on Policies.
Students may request refunds of any balance remaining on their student account at any time. However, students may not request refunds of any balance on their OneCard Account except as specified by the Davidson College OneCard Policy.
