Davidson College maintains websites to provide online information and services to students, employees, and the public, and to supplement services provided on campus. The college is committed to respecting the user's privacy and seeks to securely handle all personal information. Additionally, the college accepts returns from online purchases and offers shipping options.


This privacy and security policy seeks to inform users how private information is collected, how it will be used, and how it will be maintained. The refund policy seeks to inform users how their transaction may be refunded or exchanged. The shipping policy seeks to inform users of the shipping options available for selection.

A full refund is available within 60 days of the transaction. All refunded merchandise must be in resalable condition. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of the receipt of the refund request.

The college will make every reasonable effort to provide a satisfactory shipping solution for online purchases.

Administration of Policy

The director of Information Technology Services (ITS) shall oversee this policy and review it at least once every two years. Changes to this policy shall be made in accordance with the college's Policy on Policies.
