M.A. DePaul University
B.A. Queens University of Charlotte
I have a bachelor's degree in international studies and Spanish and a master's degree in international studies. While finishing my graduate degree, I worked with the University of North Carolina, Charlotte School of Architecture and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill's Nutrition Research Institute. I developed an interest in higher education administration through my work with these institutions.
As administrative assistant for Psychology I work closely with the department chair to manage the operation of the department. This work includes budget management, developing and adjusting department processes, supervising our work study students, and developing projects that advance the work of our department.
I also provide administrative assistance to the Neuroscience Program, which offers a major through the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies, and an interdisciplinary minor.
