Wildcat Weekend General Information
General Information for Wildcat Weekend 2019
Open containers are not permitted outdoors on campus. Campus Police will enforce this policy throughout the weekend.
Wells Fargo, BB&T and Fifth Third Bank ATMs are available on the third floor of the Alvarez College Union. Wells Fargo, BB&T, Fifth Third and Bank of America ATMs are available on Main Street in downtown Davidson.
Dress for the weekend is casual. Please note that many of the weekend events will take place outside. Please check the weather forecast as the weekend approaches.
Stop by the Alvarez College Union Brown Atrium to check-in Friday 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. or Saturday 9 a.m. – noon. Upon check-in on Friday, guests will have access to the list of participating open classes and may pick up a ticket to the classes they would like to attend. Please note that most classrooms have very limited spaces for guests. All classes will require a ticket to attend and will be available on a first come, first served basis at check-in.
If an emergency arises while you are attending Wildcat Weekend, family and friends may contact the Davidson College Campus Police at 704-894-2178.
Lost & Found
If you lost something while on campus, lost and found can be found at the information desk located on the 2nd floor of the Alvarez College Union. It can be accessed during business hours and by calling 704-894-2000.
Parking throughout the weekend is available in the Baker Sports Complex parking lot off Concord Road and in Stowe Parking lot. Directions and campus maps will be available at the check-in. You can also review the online campus map.
Rain Plans & Locations
In case of inclement weather, rain plans will be shared on the main Wildcat Weekend webpage. Most rain locations are noted on the weekend schedule.
Online registration for Wildcat Weekend will be open from August 16 – October 18. Please contact 704-894-2110 with any registration questions.
Leading up to and during Wildcat Weekend, be sure to follow Alumni and Family Engagement on Twitter (@davidsonalums), Instagram (@davidsonalumni), and Facebook. We'll be posting photos and updates on all three accounts throughout the weekend. When posting on your personal accounts, use #DavidsonWildcatWeekend to share your experiences with fellow alumni and families. We'll share and repost some of our favorite tweets and photos that use these hashtags.
