Class of 2020 & Families Commencement Lodging
Class of 2020 Residence Hall and Roommate Request
For the class of 2020, lodging is in a residence hall room free of charge and is available for Friday and Saturday nights. Due to room availability, residence hall rooms are set aside for members of the Class of 2020 only. If you are wanting to stay in a residence hall and request a roommate, graduates must complete the Commencement Registration form. Please email 2020commencement@davidson.edu if you have a specific housing question.
As a courtesy to Davidson and each other, please treat the residence halls with respect as you would a hotel. The residence halls should not be used for parties.
Guests are responsible for the return of both the building visitor card (CatCard) and the room key upon checkout. There will be a $10 charge for each lost building visitor card and a $40 charge for each lost room key. Should damage occur to individual rooms, the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the person who reserved the room. Damage costs in common areas will be shared among all guests if specific individuals responsible for the damage are not identified. The Office of Events and Programming will notify all guests of damage charges.
