Louise Users (Z: drive) accounts are now "Read Only." This means you can open any files on your Z: drive, and you can copy them. But you cannot save changes to existing files or add new ones there. After Spring semester in May 2016, access to your personal space on Louise Users will end.
Between now and May 2016, it is very important that you copy any files on Louise Users that you want to keep to another location such as Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, your computer's hard drive, a flash drive, etc.
Please note, this change does not affect Public on Louise (P: drive.) You will continue to access files stored there in the usual manner.
On Thursday, January 7, ITS is offering two Tech Talk sessions at the following times for those who would like more details about this change and about migrating data to other storage platforms.
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Studio D, CTL, Library
3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Alvarez 313, Arthur Vining Davis Room
