Help Desk Caller Menu Changes

The ITS Help Desk (x2900) caller menu has changed in the following ways:

  • If you have a campus emergency affecting campus servers or IT services, you will now choose option 9.
  • For other IT questions, problems, or requests, faculty and staff will choose option 5.
  • Students will continue to choose option 2.

The new greeting structure will route you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback.
