The college allocates to hourly (non-exempt) employees the equivalent of two days personal leave per year.
- Hourly employees who are on payroll before July 1 of each year are allocated this leave.
- Personal leave may be used in lieu of vacation or sick leave. Employees should follow departmental procedures for requesting personal leave.
- Personal leave hours cannot be carried forward from one fiscal year to the next as personal leave. Any personal leave hours remaining on June 30 are forfeited.
Recording Time Off
Non-exempt employees should use the personal leave code in Time Clock Plus. Supervisors enter the personal leave code for Time Clock Plus employees.
