Experiential Learning
Students are encouraged to start exploring immersive and experiential learning opportunities in their first or second year at Davidson to diversify their personal and professional growth.
Experiential learning integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development beyond the classroom.
As one of the primary campus resources for any student seeking an experiential learning opportunity, the Matthews Center focuses on helping students identify opportunities and programs through which they can establish skills and make connections through hands-on learning.
