The Academic Access office is housed within the John Crosland Jr. Center for Teaching and Learning and provides Davidson students with skills and resources to help them study smarter not harder. Academic coaching is available for any Davidson student who wishes to improve their scholastic performance.
You will have an opportunity to discover your learning styles, develop personal time management techniques, learn broad efficient strategies for note-taking, studying, reading, writing papers and preparing for and taking reviews. You can opt for individual academic coaching or one of the small group workshops posted on Inside Davidson for students.
Coaching sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and goals. Meeting with a coach on a regular basis is effective in monitoring and encouraging academic progress and success.
For an appointment, please email Mallory Hall at email@example.com. For more information about the Academic Access office, contact Beth Bleil, director of academic access and disability, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 704-894-2129.
