The course schedule, for both fall and spring, is located on the Registrar’s Office website. The schedule is organized by subject area and contains every course and every section of that course, along with a lot of additional helpful information.
To learn how to read the schedule, view our course schedule sample (PDF).
As a new student, have fun exploring all of the different options. Additional information about schedules and courses can be found on the Registrar's Office website.
A few things to note:
- Review your choices in the schedule, remembering to look at the "Notes" column. The notation "PRM" means that the course requires permission. "PRQ" means that a course has a prerequisite (look up the course in the catalog for details). Notes using the numbers 1, 2, 3, or 4 designate which students (1 = First Year, 2 = Sophomore, 3 = Junior, 4 = Senior) may register for the class.
- Notice which courses offer multiple sections. WRI 101 courses also have different sections, generally with different topics, but all with the same goals in regard to writing. WebTree will not automatically give you a different section of a course if the one you entered is full. To get in a different section, it must be included in your WebTree selections.
