Kristen is a graduate counseling student at Wake Forest University with an expected completion date of August 2023. She received her undergraduate degree in English Literature at the University of Virginia and has lived in the Davidson area for 25+ years. She has a passion for animal assisted interventions, including canine crisis response work, and since 2010 has run a farm-based therapy program pairing clients with horses. Her clinical areas of interest include anxiety, trauma and disordered eating.
