Background
I've been working with children with special needs for the last 10 years. I first worked as a speech pathologist assistant and eventually found myself working primarily with clients with autism. From there, I obtained my certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013. In addition to my role at Davidson, I currently work in a capacity where I train and supervise students who are working towards becoming supervisors themselves. I also have the opportunity to provide training and continuing education in a variety of areas, including ethics, leadership and staff development, and evidence-based practices for individuals with autism. My wife and I (and dog) moved from Connecticut to North Carolina in early 2018, and enjoy the area around Lake Norman in our free time.
