Education

  • B.A., Centre College

Background

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, I join Davidson from Danville, Kentucky where I attained my B.A. in Anthropology and Sociology from Centre College. During my undergraduate career, I found a passion for community building as a dedicated member of student and residence life on campus. Enjoying my work in student affairs and holding leadership positions that centered identity, belonging, and equity, I knew that a future in higher ed diversity and inclusion was on my horizon. With interests including Black feminist theory, anti-shame living, and the ethics of love, I am enthusiastic to be a part of the CSDI teams’ initiatives in holding intentional space for students of varying identities and backgrounds.
