Summer Research Fellowships at the Mayo Clinic

Two fellowships for Davidson students will be available next summer (2014) to do research in biomedical ethics at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. The fellowships come with $5,000 stipends. Students in the classes of 2015–17 are eligible to apply. Applications are due Friday, Dec. 6. Ashley Parker '14, Gloria Bui '14 and Betsy Gammon '14 spent ten weeks at the Mayo Clinic during the summers of 2012 and 2013 (respectively), working on several fascinating projects in biomedical ethics under the supervision of expert staff mentors. In this session, they’ll share some information about those projects and what they gleaned from them.
