Archaeological Institute of America-Chris Darwent Lecture

February's AIA Central Carolina Society Lecture will be presented by Professor Christyann Darwent, from University of California-Davis' department of anthropology. She will speak on "Use of Ancient DNA to Understand the Origin and Spread of Dogs (and Their Human Companions) Across the Arctic". The lecture, taking place on Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Belk Visual Arts Center Semans Lecture Hall (VAC 117), is free and open to the public.
