Amazon Case Competition
Amazon.com strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company. To accomplish this mission, our leaders start with the customer and work backwards. As a result, the customer is at the very center of every decision we make. This past year was no exception. As families across the country have been encouraged to stay home, Amazon has been working closely with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to rapidly expand access to online grocery shopping to Americans who rely on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits. In this case competition, you'll work backwards from the customer to develop product, feature, and/or marketing recommendations to better serve the SNAP customer on Amazon.
Kerry joined Amazon after graduating from Davidson in 2012. She currently leads a team of product marketers focused on driving growth within Amazon's online grocery businesses in the US, including Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market. Prior to her current position, Kerry held a variety of functional roles across Amazon and was one of the first members of the Prime Now team, Amazon’s first 1- and 2-hour delivery service. Kerry holds a BA in English from Davidson College and an MBA from Columbia University.
