Community Mindfulness is a weekly meeting for students, staff, and faculty. Each week we practice one of several forms of meditation, followed by discussion and tea. Beginners and experts are welcome! Our sessions are accessible and participatory. Whether you're looking to reflect, de-stress, or connect, Community Mindfulness is here for you every Tuesday afternoon. Come just for the meditation from 4:30 until 4:50 p.m., or stay for discussion and community building. We hope to see you in the Oasis!
