Randy Ingram, “The humanities, revolution, and the example of King’s ‘Letter from Birmingham Jail'”

Our very own Professor Randy Ingram will open the 2018-19 Humanities Program's public lecture series with a lecture introducing the topics and concerns for the year, and the artifact at the center of his unit in the course: MLK's "Letter."

“Connections and Conflicts in the Humanities: Revolution” is a team-taught course for first-year students at Davidson. The course includes plenary lectures by current faculty and others. These lectures are open to the public, though comments and Q&A are restricted to course participants only. Free and open to the public.
