Global Cinema Classics: The Exploding American Underground - Martin Scorsese's - Mean Streets

 Join us for our Global Cinema Classics: The Exploding American Underground film series, co-sponsored by Van Every/Smith Galleries and the departments of English and Film, Media, and Digital Studies. On Monday, March 16, 5 p.m., we'll screen Martin Scorsese’s Mean Streets (1973), a gritty portrait of sin and redemption set in Little Italy in the 1970s, filled with electrifying action and swooning pop songs.
