Background

I was an undergraduate student at CU Boulder and a graduate student at the University of Arizona. I served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pomona College, Regis University and Bucknell University before arriving at Davidson College in 2025.

In my view, hard work and consistency are fundamental to achieving our goals and fostering growth. And I seek to convey these values in my teaching and mentoring. I have many mathematical interests, but my primary interests involve aspects of probability theory.

Collaborating with undergraduate students is very important to me, and I frequently seek to include undergraduates in research projects. Increasing participation in mathematics is also very important to me, and I'm dedicated to helping ensure all people, no matter who they are, have equal access to learning.
