Background

As the Assistant Dean of Students & Case Manager, I assist and support students' academic success and personal well-being through holistic care and a personalized approach. I work closely with students to understand and address their individual challenges, helping them navigate their educational journeys and develop skills to manage academic, mental health, and personal well-being concerns. Through tailored interventions, referrals, and connections to follow-up services, I aim to foster a supportive environment where students can thrive both in and out of the classroom.  I also work collaboratively with campus partners to enhance the student experience.

Prior to joining the Davidson College community, I served as a Staff Psychologist and Group Therapy Coordinator at Ohio University. I have over a decade of experience in higher education and have served in a variety of administrative roles. I bring a wealth of experience in crisis intervention and management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership development, residence life, student conduct, career development, and Greek (NPHC) Life. I have taught classes and have provided numerous workshops/trainings on mental health, suicide prevention, self-care, student leadership development, and student success.
