Anne-Marie Craig Assistant Director of Faculty Affairs

As the Assistant Director of Faculty Affairs at Davidson College, I oversee faculty data maintenance and reporting to various internal and external audiences and serve as the representative of the VPAA's Office on key college technology and data governance committees. I'm responsible for the managing, tracking, and reporting of significant faculty events, including on-boarding, off-boarding, the tenure process, sabbaticals, leaves, and course loads. Additionally, I manage the Teaching Reward Points program, ensure the Faculty Handbook remains up-to-date, publish a bi-weekly newsletter, and manage our internal and external websites. 

Prior to arriving at Davidson College, I enjoyed a fulfilling career in finance, credit risk management, operations, and service quality in the manufacturing and financial services industries. Fueled by a deep passion for education and a strong commitment to shaping the future, I embarked on a transformative journey from the corporate world to higher education.
