Ben Morgan
Library Systems Analyst
A Typical Day at the Library
On a typical day, I might be at the Library Annex, using interim library spaces in Dana, or at Lilly Gallery. I work with colleagues in the library and across campus, ensuring that library systems are meeting the needs of students, faculty, and library staff at Davidson College now and into the future. I perform troubleshooting and analyses for systems; strategic planning for systems changes; and integrations between library systems. Major library systems at Davidson College include: Drupal, LibGuides, and Omeka for web presence; Alma, Primo, and Caiasoft for catalog and inventory management; and ILLiad for interlibrary loan.
