I assist faculty and students with getting access to the material in the collection that they need. I also spend time in meetings with the Collections Strategies team or in one-on-one meetings. I collaborate with other teams on special projects such as Portico delivery and Leganto. I learn more about how to best use software, like Leganto for reading lists. I help faculty and students by finding and fixing issues that come up when accessing items, or referring issues to a higher level of support.
