However, Davidson has given me some of the most genuine, supportive relationships I’ve ever had, the kind where someone notices when you’re having a hard week, checks in, or celebrates your wins like they’re their own. My peers and professors don’t just care in a general way; they care in the kind of everyday, meaningful ways that stick with you. From the moment I stepped on campus when I was first toured to now, heading into senior year, I’ve felt a warmth here that’s unlike anything else. It truly feels like home."
Favorite Class
Conducting! It was genuinely amazing to see and feel music from the conductor’s side, and it opened my eyes to how much intention and awareness my own role in the choir/orchestra really requires.
