Background
As Program Coordinator for the Center for Teaching and Learning at Davidson College, I bring a deep commitment to student & faculty development, leadership programming, and strengths-based coaching. I am a Certified Strengths Coach through Gallup, and I thrive on helping students and colleagues discover and leverage their natural talents to grow with confidence and purpose.
Prior to joining Davidson, I served as Program Coordinator for Leadership & Community Engagement at UNC Charlotte. At Charlotte, I led initiatives such as the LEAD Team, focused on public speaking and presentation skills, and the Women's Leadership Development Program, a senior-level cohort experience featuring guest speakers and panelists who inspired student women each spring. My approach is rooted in empowering others through meaningful reflection and intentional growth. Nothing motivates me more than witnessing those “light bulb” moments—when individuals recognize their potential and begin to lead with authenticity and strength. I am thrilled to work alongside both faculty and students here at Davidson!
