Background
I serve as the Art Department Technician and Gallery Preparator at Davidson College. In my role, I support the daily operations of our studios and shops, ensuring safe, functional, and inspiring spaces for students, staff, and faculty. Additionally, I assist the Art Galleries across campus in fabrication, installation, and deinstallation of exhibitions.
Prior to coming to Davidson, I taught across studio art foundations curriculum at the University of Georgia and Oglethorpe University. I am also a practicing artist working in conceptual sculpture and furniture design. My background in teaching and making informs the way I approach the workshop and gallery as interconnected spaces for learning, experimentation, and care.
