Background
I do physics because I don't know how not to - it is the lens through which I explore and understand the world. I am always on the hunt for interesting manifestations of basic physics in "the wild" and can often be distracted by simple machines and unexpected patterns.
As a professor, I am excited to share that passion with my students, mostly so they can help me find more interesting everyday physics.
