Nadia Campbell Director of the Chidsey Leadership Program

I serve as the main point of contact for the Chidsey Program for Leadership Development which includes the Chidsey Fellows Program and the Leadership Speakers Series. I work closely with students; introducing them to leadership development theory and coaching them toward their personal self-development strategy while collaborating with student life colleagues to offer the EMERGE leadership development program.

Prior to Davidson, I was an Assistant Director for Leadership & Community Engagement at the University North Carolina at Charlotte. There, I advised several leadership cohort programs and taught undergraduate level courses on topics such as college student leadership and ethical community engagement.

Building relationships with others has allowed me major success in my work of understanding people as individuals, building inclusive communities, and coaching others toward success. I am a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and enjoy learning and sharing with others strategies on self-care and mindfulness as tools in effective leadership.
