Rosa de Jong

Justice, Equality, and Community Archivist

A Typical Day at the Library

In my role I work closely with students, faculty, staff, and community members to engage with and document local histories in Davidson’s archival collections. I typically spend my days collaborating with faculty to integrate archival materials into course curricula, responding to reference questions, and assisting with research projects. I also enjoy working with student groups to support initiatives that explore and preserve the histories and ongoing contributions of underdocumented populations on campus.
