What is your go-to meal in the area? Although I’ve not had the opportunity to try many places in Davidson yet, the Pickled Peach has been my favorite! Their white bean hummus sandwich with avocado has become an immediate go-to of mine.
What is an activity or hobby you do outside of work? I love anything outdoors! Hiking, camping, or kayaking, count me in!
Why Davidson? It took only one day at Davidson for me to recognize the commitment that the community has to creating a supportive liberal arts education and experience for all that attend.
How would you spend a spare afternoon in the Lake Norman or Charlotte area? Charlotte is home to the U.S. National Whitewater Center which hosts a variety of activities ranging from yoga to whitewater rafting! The center also hosts a variety of events and races so there is always something to check out or explore.
