Charlotte Magazine: Chef Nikki Moore ’03 Has Unique Style

Charlotte Magazine recently caught up with Nikki Moore '03, a Charlotte-area personal chef, to discuss her unique style both inside and outside the kitchen.

An English major at Davidson, Moore taught English as a second language before earning a culinary arts degree from Johnson & Wales University and embarking on her culinary career path in 2009. In addition to managing her private chef/cooking class company, Food Love, she is a regular on WCNC's "Charlotte Today" show and writes a blog, Minced.
